The breakfast was fabulous. One downfall is I didn't get any response for airport pickup for my many messages sent via Expedia or directly to the hotel. So, I had no confirmation. I almost hired another pickup. I only got a call from the driver when I landed.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at the heart of Casablanca City at walking distance from restaurants and Shops. It has an easy to access underground parking. We will definitely stay there again.

Hotel cosmetically is very nice. When we got to our room the bathroom smelt like someone had just been in it. We were put in a room directly adjacent to the courtyard which wasn’t an issue until there was some sort of party/gathering till midnight. Loud music and lots of noise right outside our window. When I called the front desk to ask about the noise/music and to see if it could be turned down as we had a 4am ride to the airport, I was told there was nothing they could do and the phone was hung up.
