"We have taken holidays in Carvoeiro every year for the past ten years and this villa was by far the best for location, facilities, comfortable beds and pillows, shutters for blackout and space. Gaby was an excellent villa manager and was on hand should we need anything. The cleaner came and she did such a brilliant job mid stay - again one of the best we have experienced. "Spacious, well equipped apartment. 5 mins walk into village centre but huge range of good restaurants and bars and a mini supermarket on your doorstep. Easy parking, super quick communication with owner. Comfy beds, excellent shower and well equipped kitchen. Air con and heating. Sun terrace is a huge bonus, very private and catches sun all day. Would definitely return."

"Overall the property and location were good. However, the villa would benefit from some "routine maintenance" which would have given it 5 stars from us. When we arrived, the dishwasher didn't work. We reported it and 3 days later, they took the old one away and left us with nothing for the rest of our stay. When we used the sink to hand wash the dishes, it leaked dirty water all over the kitchen floor due to poor plumbing. One of the air conditioning units needed maintenance as it sprayed ice...
