This magnificent property boasts 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room, making it perfect for those seeking a relaxed holiday experience.
On the ground floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with twin beds and the other with a double bed, all featuring air conditioning for added comfort. Continuing on this floor, you'll also find the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary utensils and materials to prepare your meals, which you can then enjoy in the dining room or outdoor space.
The open-plan dining and living area offers a comfortable setting for family and friends to gather, featuring a dining table with chairs for leisurely meals while watching your favourite programs on the television in the living area. Additionally, the living area is furnished with cozy sofas for relaxation.
Completing this floor, there are 2 bathrooms, one equipped with bathtub and the other with a shower base.
Moving to the first floor, you will find the master bedroom, with a double bed, AC, and featuring a private bathroom.
Outside, the fantastic pool is surrounded by sun loungers, allowing you to soak up the Algarve sun in style. Complementing the outdoor area, there are 2 dining areas and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor gatherings and meals.

The changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)
**If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.**
According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:
From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
