For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub...

"The hotel was very nice overall and staff pleasant and helpful when requesting information. About 15 minutes walk from the old town and 30 minutes from the bus station. A good variety of food and drinks was available at breakfast, apart from a good cup of tea!! An outdoor cafe would have been much appreciated.
