"Just as described! Peaceful, super clean. We loved the outdoor ‘living room’! Kim was super responsive. We hope to return sometime. "

"Only real issue is continuous toilet running but if you shut the bathroom door it muffles it a bit. There was a bit of outdoor noise and others could hear everything said or done. Not really good privacy. Kitchen: Not many utensils, only 2 fork, 2 spoon and a couple knives. I didn't feel comfortable using the pots or pans, they felt a bit sticky. Only one hanger in closet to hang all mine and my partners dress up garments. Parking was tough to find a spot to where you won't have to walk a hike...

"My wife and I extended our cruise vacation for four days in Long Beach. Carol and Traian were fabulous. The suite is cozy and clean. Parking on the street in front of the property was never an issue. We were so grateful to see a Canadian flag out front for Canadian Flag day on Feb 15 too! Thanks for the hospitality and friendly space. Next time we’re in Long Beach, we will definitely stay again. "

She easily worked it out, was pleasant and responded quickly to my panicked email.The place was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Walking distance (a few bocks) to beach, restaurants and shops. "I found the humble ground floor apartment right smack on the promenade, to be clean comfortable and certainly prime location in the midst of vibrant and entertaining Venice Beach. 2 rooms, 2 beds, Nicely appointed with standards plus a beach cruiser bicycle, tidy, kitchen. we would stay there again and bathroom."
