"The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Leroy in the breakfast room got me foil to wrap my breakfast sandwich before I left for the airport and kept the area so clean and organized. Ida at the front desk let me know I will be receiving bonus points towards another stay-I wasn't aware. Jaden helped me use the computer in the business center and stayed with me until I was able to print out my boarding passes for my trip home. Also, the amenities were great-use of the coffee maker in the lobby and the filtered water machine, the pool area and spa were great and kept very clean. The room was spotless. Everything worked well in the room-even the door card opened the room everytime. So many hotels I've stayed at had problems with the door card not working."
