Decent sized bedrooms, friendly neighbors, the property manager is friendly and super responsive (thanks Isamar!), the pool is awesome, good security, kitchen pretty well stocked. Cons: the common areas are small for 6 people, the walk to downtown Samara takes more like 15 minutes on a busy road (it’s about .6 miles), the coffee maker is undersized for 6 guests, and there are no lounge chairs/comfy seating outside. Minimal cleaning supplies available."

"The four of us- 2 adults and 2 kids- had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, cool and had a great kitchen. It was a short walk to the beach. We rented beech chairs, surf and boogie boards and a bike. The kids had a great time in the water. The turtle tour was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!"

We were concerned about the corner location on the busy road as mentioned in other reviews but it was absolutely fine. A little noise here and there but never woke us up or was a bother, rather it added to our experience of a bustling foreign getaway. We used a fan that drowned out 99% of the noise. "This is a nice, clean, quiet condo outside of town. You do have to be on top of it because ants will come if you leave a crumb out. The pool is quite nice and the view is beautiful. The water pressure isn’t great. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working when we arrived. The property manager got it fixed by the next day but it still wasn’t fast enough for my husband to take video calls (we are on an extended trip so he is working on the go).
