"Great hotel in Harrogate. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The only downside is parking, but it’s not the end of the world there are other places to park."

"Everything excellent, breakfast really good big menu from continental, to full cooked breakfast, to all type's of fresh fruit, tea coffee and a machine for latte etc, staff very helpful and polite, evening meals really good. This hotel goes all out to cater for the residents. Definitely a revisit."

"Visited for a three-day business trip to York. Lovely hotel 3 or so miles from York City Centre. Room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is a little dated but again, spotlessly clean. I had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant on all three days and whilst not the cheapest meals I have had in Hotel restaurants, the quality was very good. Service was excellent. After a run, I tried to purchase a bottle of water but the bar only had sparkling. The young lady behind the bar offered me a pint of tap water for which no charge was made. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again"

"Fabulous " spur of the moment" night in Harrogate, great hotel friendly, helpful staff. Night's sleep " spoilt" by idiots coming in drunk around 3.30am, but that's not the hotels fault."
