"The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. "We informed Host and Stay the day we arrived the toilet down stairs was not working. We called them each day we were there to get resolution. They came to look at the toilet the next day in the afternoon and yet they did not fix the toilet. They made no attempt the remaining 2 days we were there. When we left 2 days later, the toilet had not been fixed. Host and Stay has been non-responsive as to offering us a refund."

"Reservoir View are beautiful properties. We hired all 3 for a family 18th birthday get together and there was lots of space for everyone in our party. Gorgeous rooms with very comfortable beds and spotless bedding. We loved that there was plenty crockery and cutlery so we didn’t need to bring things between houses for there to be enough for everyone.
