"Great spot to stay if you’re visiting Carlsbad Caverns or Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Close to several restaurants and the continental breakfast was good. Staff were very kind and friendly, plus the hotel was clean. The pullout sofa bed wasn’t extremely comfortable but that was expected. Despite that we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel!"

"Before we got there i had called to request a bottom floor crystal was amazing she made sure that we had a bottom floor and was the sweetest at check in. Very amazing hospitality. The room was clean the serviced the room everyday that we was there and even went as far as folding our throw blankets we had with us. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are carlsbad "

"Great hotel for family vacation. Lots of room in two bedroom suite, each with king beds. Two bathrooms and comfortable living room and kitchen. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in and front desk staff very nice. Breakfast was good. The front desk clerk gave us three great dinner recommendations. "
