The breakfast was very good, but the pool was unclean and very inconveniently out of order. Broken lamps in the room, broken washroom door, and a lot of noise from surrounding hotel rooms.

I received a huge gauge from the square part on the door for the inside lock. When I went to the front counter, the guy at the front counter could have cared less. The manager/owner was given my number to call, and he never called. Expedia attempted to reach him, at no success. Expedia said my booking was non-refundable, and they can offer a credit that was less that twenty five percent of the total booking for me. Which isn’t acceptable

False advertising- spa not operational. It was a reason I booked. Main door lock loose and did not feel secure. Trim off wall on floor.Used bath towel hanging on bathroom door. We booked a different hotel for additional days. Returning in 2025 but will not stay there. Would not recommend.
