Arrived early morning. parked the car. went for a walk from behind the hotel along the river then the Canal to the sea and back . then into the room and then a swim and Sauna. at night into the town which was not far. we will stay again. "

"My first time staying at the lakeside and so glad I chose this hotel! I came to stay whilst it was my birthday weekend and it was amazing from start to end. All the staff were consistently polite and attentive. The room was very big and clean, a nice surprise of a personalised birthday card and chocolates were so nice to arrive to. The hotels views were stunning from every angle. So peaceful and a great place to spend your birthday. Lovely choices for breakfast as well as dinner. So glad I chose this hotel for my birthday yesterday. I will be booking to come back and also recommending to friends and family. "

On this occasion we only stayed for one night on a B & B tariff. Our room in the main building was quiet, comfortable & well equipped and breakfast the next morning was faultless with plenty of hot and cold options. Can't wait to return."
