"Our family of 7 had a great 4 night stay here. The location is so nice with mountain views. The river was great, my husband caught his 1st fish fly-fishing. The house is set up nicely and comfortably. Plenty of beds & 3 bathrooms. Would definitely recommend. "

"The cabin was nicely located on the river, but was a little loud at times from truck noise on the road. Interior was clean and comfortable. The code wasn't updated at check-in, and it took us about 5-10 minutes of standing outside at night to get it resolved. Also, the guest house lights randomly went on during our second evening and shone bright lights into the cabin. Manager did not respond until the next morning."

"Celebrating my wife's birthday, we stayed several nights at the Wabi-Sabi cabin. Furnished well, stylish, all rooms nice, there would have been plenty of room for a small family to stay. It happened to snow this weekend so we didn't venture out too much, but we stayed in played some table games, watched some movies, heated up the wood stove, and took a break from the fast pace world."

"Perfect for us. Wide open first floor layout with a roomy kitchen. We cooked all our meals there or on the gas grille. Lots of space for our grandson to roam and play. And a closet full of toys for him! The views from the deck and living area are dramatic and relaxing. Large beds and bedrooms. Sumptous bath. If you have kids, check out the Woodstock Playground. Our host, Tupac, was very responsive to all our needs."

"My daughter and I wanted a quick weekend away before Christmas. We arrived in the evening and when we walked in the house it was beyond charming and cozy. The home was lit up for Christmas and decorated beautifully. The view was peaceful and fireplace made it so cozy. The host was extremely responsive when we had a question or two. Would definitely stay here again."

"Birds at the feeder and lovely mountain views. Beautifully equipped kitchen. Each set of adults (five in all plus two children and two small dogs) had their own master suite on separate floors. Warm fires in the gas fireplace and fire pit. Three generations enjoying the spacious Great Room together at Christmas with a tall tree already decorated. Games galore for all ages. Walks in the woods and a visit to Luray Caverns. We had a wonderful week! Thank you Ann, Bill, and Gail!"

"We stayed for a long weekend following Christmas - needed to get away from the city for a bit. It's a beautiful house with a great view and good location. It was just 3 of us so the space was fine -- I am not sure I would recommend it for a larger group in winter, as you'd really be on top of each other. For the other three seasons, the deck, hot-tub, and firepit would all be great ways to spread out. Would definitely love to go back sometime in the future!"

"Grime under the rug, bugs in the light fixtures, 3 stink bugs on the blinds, spider webs in the over vent, and wasps in the 3rd bedroom - which had a bed and open storage for tools. Bug droppings in the mattresses and around the fireplace. We left immediately - this is not for a family that is used to being comfortable. We had to make alternate arrangements for coming to a wedding in the area."

"This is the secind time my family and i have stayed at this property. We loved it as much as we did the first time. You have neighbors but its surrounded with nature so you almost dont even know that they're there. The kids loved the river access and playing with the canoe and floaties that were provided. The back patio is very inviting and decorated nicely. My favorite room of the house has to be the sun room. We plan on coming back anually."

"We had a wonderful fall visit at this great cabin. Like others have mentioned, I don't think the pictures really do this place justice. The cabin is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. The back screened porch was our favorite spot for enjoying a drink and the view of the river.
