"Very convenient and easy to find location. We had a flight out the next morning and this property was very close to where you catch the train. There were plenty of restaurants, shops & restaurants in the area as well. Beautiful view across the river was a short walk away as well!"

"The VRBO is conveniently located within walking distance to all the Florence downtown scenic historical attractions. It should be noted a city tax per person, per day will be required to be paid to the hostess during stay. Also just prior to the stay we found out the washer wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed until we left. Overall though a very comfortable VRBO and would recommend to stay while in Florence. "

"We had an amazing family holiday on the outskirts of Florence. We used buses and trains throughout our stay to explore Florence - recommend a visit to the Uffizi. We also had a day trip to pisa. There are so many piazza’s, churches, bars, restaurants, statues and stunning architecture in Florence. We also had a day trip to Pisa. The leaning tower was the highlight of that trip. The property was clean and well equipped. Bus connections were easy. Stefano was helpful. A wonderful holiday ! 😀"

"What a beautiful location. Perfect for day trips to all the Tuscan attractions and towns. Less than 5 minute drive to Montecarlo where you can find some lovely restaurants. Grocery shopping is close by as well. Luigi and Franca were awesome. Luigi went out of his way to educate us on where to go in Tuscany and shared much about his interesting life history. Don't miss Franca's most amazing tiramisu. Sorry I didn't get the recipe!"

"The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

"We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful cottage, which has been lovingly built and maintained by Carlo. It is close enough to Florence for easy day trips - a car is recommended for convenient access to the property, but there is ample free parking in a nearby town to head downtown by bus. Accommodations were very comfortable, we made good use of the fridge and convection cooktop, and the views are unmatched. Carlo was kind and quick to respond with any questions we had. "After a stressful flight cancellation we arrived on a Monday afternoon and all of our stress instantly disappeared when we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated and very cosy. It’s very clean and we felt really comfortable and safe. Ginevra was so welcoming and pointed out places for us to visit and we enjoyed all of her recommendations. "The location is amazing. House is surrounded by hills and valleys. Perfect view of Tuscany. Plenty of amenities. Very spacious and clean house. Stay is on the second floor so be prepared to carry the luggage. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. The shower drain was not properly draining so was a bit of an inconvenience since we were 8. Good for smaller groups. Highly recommend this stay. "Amazing apartment and managed so well! The location was perfect and a 10-20 min walk to wherever we wanted to go. Apartment was super spacious, very clean, and updated. Beds were very comfortable. "Wunderschönes Häuschen, alles dort wird wirklich mit liebe gepflegt und das sieht man. Die gastgeber waren soo freundlich und haben uns gegen ein faires Entgeld bekocht , es war sooo lecker . Der pool ist top. Wir können nichts negatives sagen ausser dass es bei uns unten phme klima wirklich sehr heiss war , die Räume oben haben eine klima. Man ist auf jeden fall auf ein Auto angewiesen . "Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....
