Lovely pool, although sadly unable to use it because of the weather. Tiago was very helpful and responded immediately to any queries. Would thoroughly recommend!"

"Gaia is across the river from Porto; a short ride to downtown but away from the throngs of tourists. The beach and beach restaurants are a five minute walk from the house. Joaquim was a wonderful host and the accommodations felt like a five star hotel. we would definitely stay here again."

I wish I had taken more notice of the number of external photographs against interior shots as the only redeeming feature of this place is the outside area. The house itself is of a very low standard. Everything feels old. Not rustic, not traditional, not authentic, OLD!
