"we did late-check-in. but the way that pass the key was really irresponsible and NOT safe, I think. "The AC never got cold even on the lowest setting. On the main area there was a strong smell, like garbage and it was there for over a day even though they came to clean the room, no one bothered to empty the trash, the smell was so bad it came into our room.
