The only thing that was disappointing was that there was no ice available at the hotel (though the excellent staff at the front desk got us ice from outside). Ms. Nande and Mr. Siyabulela need to be specially mentioned for going the extra mile. Ms. Nande was always willing and eager to help. And always with a smile."
