The staff are excellent. The location is convenient,close to the bridge to Long Street and close to the V A waterfront. The only negative is the limited outdoor facilities.

Great location - just a short walk to the Waterfront! The staff was great. The room was nice with the industrial vibe - the sink was outside of thwle bathroom but it works. The restaurant is very good too!

Very nice stay near the waterfront
We booked this primarily for the location near the waterfront and ability to get Ubers for transportation. The entire staff (front desk, restaurant) were extremely pleasant and totally accommodating. The room was very comfortable. We took an Uber to the V&A mall, and were able to walk back to the hotel when the weather was good.

The hotel is really well appointed and a 5 minute walk to the lovely Waterfront and the V&A centre. It is inexpensive yet very smart with good sized rooms. The restaurant is quirky and the food very good. Staff are friendly and good natured

on arrival, my first room on 3rd floor had a serious drip under the aircon conduit. reception were great and moved me to 607. The aircon was noisy and not very controllable. The building steel I bars intrude into the room which aesthetically is interesting, but I did bang my head in the bathroom more than once. 1st time almost knocking myself out.

Very well located nearby (walking distance) the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Heritage building refurbished with a nice set up. The Hotel is small, adequate for leisure travelers, it is not suitable for business purpose. The room is fair space and comfortably for a couple. Good breakfast options. Very attentive staff and very friendly as well. We had nice stay there. No complaints.

The food was sub-par Our seafood dinner was delivered cold and dry Although the hotel was unique in some decor there were. a l ot of basics missing ftom the room,adequate storage space.The shower had mold stains in it. The location to the water front was good.
