"We very much appreciated them accommodatinf us after a notch reservation at a different place in town. Unfortunately they only had a queen room and there were 4 of us, but they offered air mattresses. One air mattress must have had a hole. While it wasn't the most comfortable for that reason, we were still very grateful to have had them be so great with customer service. "

"Have stayed at this location a few times and it’s always been a great stay. This time there was a minor hiccup but it was handled wonderfully. We were originally booked into a room that had only children in both the rooms across the hall as well as immediately next to us. After several hours of the kids yelling, pounding on the walls, and playing hockey in the hallways I had to call to ask if there was any way we could be moved.
