"Beautiful property with beautiful and friendly staff "

"This hotel is perfectly situated to arrive at the Alhambra walking uphill for approximately 15 minutes. There is a taxi and bus area on the main street where you can take bus 31 to the San Nicolas lookout and tour the moorish quarter. It is also not far to the main cathedral and Royal Chapel. Breakfast was fine except for the coffee. Do not ask for a packed lunch as it is not worth it. We had a comfortable room with a sizeable bathroom. All in all we enjoyed our stay!"

"The rooms are very basic. The hotel is located just outside the older moorish district. Breakfast was above basic but not a total buffet. However for 11 euros it was a good deal to get the day going. The team didn’t seem to know the neighborhood when asking them for suggestions. But they were polite. "

"The decor in the lobby was lovely. Staff were friendly efficient. Secure parking was great though with a large car, a bit of a challenge. Slightly hard to locate at first glance. Go past the main building & sharp turn right immediately down a narrow steep ramp. Liked the coffee machine in room. Only complaint no plugpoint next to bed to charge phone. Will definitely use again. "

"Location is great. Bed and breakfast good. Only problem was late night guests who came back from city tour. They were talking and singing very loud under my window until 2 am. Then it was nice and quiet until 4.30 when second group of singers arrived.... Hotel overall is nice. "

"This is a fantastic hotel. Their “Level” rooms are their Club Level and give full access to their Club Lounge on the 6th Floor with full complimentary breakfast in the morning and cocktails from 5-7pm. Even better is that the Club Lounge has a panoramic views of The Alhambra, Cathedral, and the hills of Granada. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. This hotel is superb!"

"Comfortable, clean rooms. Very close to Alhambra, and easy access to the center of Granada. Nice breakfast and reasonably priced lunch and dinner buffet."

"Very nice hotel. Right in the middle of everything. Difficult to get to with a car, but that's true for any hotel in the area. But they have a parking garage, at cost. A ground level room was all we could get because we booked late and it was a busy weekend, so it was a bit dark. But if you are in the city you don't spendmuch time in the room anyways. "
