"We booked this property because we were traveling from the US with children and it had a pool. I was surprised there was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor, which was a bit difficult to navigate the winding staircase with our large luggage. The amenities were not exactly as described- there was no shampoo or conditioner, just a single pump that we were told could be used for hand soap, body soap, and shampoo.
