"I really hit the jackpot when I selected this property. I was greeted and warmly welcomed at the door by host Rena who showed me around. Her motherly spirit was evident in the care she put into the unit. From extra towels, to water and orange juice in the fridge and cookies, apples, and flowers on the dining table. The bed was wonderfully comfy with extra blankets available in the closet. As a single female I also appreciated the very bright automatic light that comes on as you approach the door...

"Great location, close to marina, stores and restaurants. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Condo was immaculate although sparsely furnished. Kitchen very well equipped. King size bed very comfortable. Could use better lighting at bedside for reading. Would definitely stay here again. Very nice!"

"This is a very clean, quiet, and functional studio apartment in a prime location with all the amenities for an extended stay including washer/dryer. The best perk for me was secure underground self-parking spot with unlimited in-out via remote controlled gate. Communication with the host was prompt and check-in access was simple and well-described. A 3-minute walk to the pier and half a block to the E light rail line. Trader Joes and Target 2 blocks away. There are homeless people around...

"Loved the property! It felt like a home away from home. Small, but just right. Lovely interior along with a lots of small things to offer! Such as the shopping, food and free k-cups for coffee which saved some money every morning ;) When planning my next trip to Santa Monica, I’ll be sure to make sure your place is available for stay prior to anything else. "I can’t recommend this place enough. Even better than we expected. Really well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. We cooked dinner and prepared breakfast but could easily have walked to so many cafe and restaurant options around us. Supermarkets around the corner and a gym and swimming pool nearby. Absolutely great!!"

"Beautiful updated cottage directly across from beach. Easy walk to Pier but far enough away from the noise and congestion. Well stocked and comfortable with good open family space to hang out. Appreciated the manager having breakfast stocked and communicated throughout our time to be sure all was good. Highly recommend."
