"we stayed at the Fernwood House due to heating issues with the Sisters house. it was a nice stay. The only problem was leaking drain pipes under the kitchen sink and we had to wash dishes by hand. We had to use an excessive amount of towels."

"Property was just fine for an inexpensive weekend away. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. Kitchen utensils, silverware could have been better. I’m sure for most people that’s not a problem as they eat out.I’m not sure it really sleeps six. The pulled out couch is in the sunroom. There is heat out there, but I think it would be breezy."

"While checking in here was easy and I appreciated the reminders about the check-in time and how to get in, that was the only good thing about this experience. I wish I could attach photos, because I am still in shock about how disgusting this rental was/is. There were clumps of dust on the ceiling fan, as well as other indications this place is WELL OVERDUE for a deep clean. Everything was dingy, the fridge was leaking, whoever has been cleaning it has either been sweeping dirt under the beds...
