"This little spot was a great jumping off point for walking thru Rockaway, and right on Hwy 101, so we could access everything we needed. A short little walk to the beach. The shower is a bit small, but we had plenty of warm water—and everything was very clean. "

"This is a nice place. Great location, easy walk to the beach, close to restaurants & grocery stores, very quiet. We arrived exactly at check-in time, and the housekeeper appeared to be right in the middle of cleaning up after the previous guests. It wasn’t a big problem, just headed to the beach for an hour, then came back, and the room was ready.The place could use a bit of a deeper cleaning, but other than that, had a very enjoyable stay, hope to return in the future."

"I loved the easy access to the beach and quaint little beach town. Easy walks even though we put on 8 miles a day! The place is older, so nothing fancy but absolutely perfect for a needed escape to our happy place. Queen bed comfortable Nice ocean view to sit and watch with a cup of tea. Bathroom-plenty of hot water with lots of towels. Definitely would stay again."

"Great location right on the Prom, at the quiet north end. This condo is in like new condition. Kitchen well equipped. We were very comfortable and it had everything we needed. View of the ocean. Parking is behind a gate with a pass code. "

"Very comfortable, condo for four people and pets steps are pretty steep for older folks, but it’s manageable. It would be nice if those elevators could work. The facility was very clean and well supplied."

"This place was a great location to stay for exploring Seaside and accessing the beach. The views from the condo were fantastic. The condo was dated (which does not bother us except the carpet) and very clean. The kitchen had the minimum of what we needed to make meals. The office staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. "
