"A friendly smile of welcome with a brief explanation of all facilities and meal timings. Checked the car in and given directions to our room. Room was clean and modern. Everything that was supposed to work, did so. The bed was comfortable and the shower powerful. Breakfast had a good selection of fruits, cereals and cooked food. Juices, tea and coffee available and all well stocked. We are planning to return in November. "

We arrived back from our show quite late so no food asked reception for room service but as can’t eat bread sandwiches were a nono for me but sandwiches were delivered for my partner and sandwich fillings for me absolutely delicious and complementary too. We will be back to see you again "

"Check in very good and quick. Parking a bit hit and miss and would expect there to be problems if the hotel was full. Very clean room and excellent bathroom. Everything worked as it should. Would stay here again without a second thought."

"A decent hotel to stay in in Sheffield, lovely rooms and reasonable value. Some facilities are a bit dated but service from the hotel is great, staff are really good. MPW Steakhouse was slow, and when the food arrived some was cold but it was quickly rectified and the meal turned out good. "
