Needs serious service management improvement: The apartment was listed as 3 bedrooms apt in the VRBO site, but the 3rd bedroom was locked so we actually couldn't not access it. 2 out of 3 A/Cs was not working, despite the Owner provide instructions, I believe it was too old A/Cs.
