The stay was good. Except that the bathroom lacked aminities and supplies. The soap pump and shampoo were empty all throughout the stay

The staff is great, but the old hotel could use some updates, first there is a communal iron for the entire hotel that needs to be used in the hallway, I think the hotel can do better and invest in having at least more iron so folks don’t have to go down to the fifth floor to do their iron, this is pretty standard, a couple of bottles of courtesy water every once in a while go along way, as well… Also, the breakfast buffet is rather unimaginative outside of pastries, it’s the same Rony eggs and two different kinds of sausages every day… Brazil is fantastic country with great and imaginative Gastronomy, they can do better than this

Segunda vez q me hospedo. Fui recepcionada pelo Gabriel, muito educado e prestativo. No checkin apareceu uma funcionaria falando alto q era pra ficarem espertos q tinha hospede desembarcando com 2 pets. No q eu falei sao meus e ela de pronto me questionou se eu estava em um quarto só e disse q nao. Eu havia reservado dois quartos. Ficou de cara no chao e nem olhei mais pra cara dela e ela pra minha. Tirando esse incidente, tudo ok.

Estadia ótima, único senão foi que após avisado sóbre prego levantado na sauna, que poderia ter machucado, felizmente foi só prejuízo na sunga, deveriam ter agido na hora pois poderia ter machucado outro hóspede. Sempre hospedamos no Novotel Itajai, pelas piscinas cobertas optamos pelo Mercure.
