"I was in town for a wedding. This place was clean, close to the venue, and Kelsey was quick to respond to any inquiries. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for something in the Short North area as it’s close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Be aware that if you have a bigger vehicle, you will not be able to fit in the parking spot provided in the back. It’s not a big deal as there is paid street parking. "

"What a wonderful place to getaway for a few days. The hosts were beyond gracious & the accommodations were outstanding. It was so peaceful sitting on the back deck, hearing the rooster, & enjoying the beauty of the property. The inside is decorated beautifully & the bed was like sleeping at home!! Mike was nice enough to even start a fire for us which made it even that more enjoyable. Would certainly recommend this to anyone!! Thanks for having us!"

"Very good location and cute place. If you're looking for convenience and affordability, this is it. There aren't a lot of frills but we weren't looking for that. I had to reach out for the door code and check/in and check/out instructions. When I reached out about check/out (what to do with trash, linens, etc) I mentioned I didn't receive them or wifi info and was told it was all in the booklet. We searched high/low for a booklet and couldn't find one. The owner responded fairly quickly...

"This property was perfect for my husband, dog and I. We wanted a place with some privacy and this did not disappoint. It was a great place to ring in the new year. We will definitely be looking to book again!"

"The property looked great just like the pictures on the website. The area was okay. Could maybe use 2 more TV’s in two of the bedrooms. I have college students and not enough to go around. And the Attic bedroom is really nice but could use a ceiling fan."

"Stayed a few days with my kids and their boyfriends. Everything was great. Would like to return. "

"On a 1-10 I give it an 8. What would make it a 10? ( I stay at a lot of vrbos)-fix fridge ice/water dispenser, put tissue box in restrooms, put hooks in bathroom for towels, robes, clothes, put dresser or tables in bedrooms to put stuff on, get a colander in kitchen, add some wine glasses. "

"I play pool a lot, and the pool table was a pretty high quality. I really enjoyed the sauna after a long days at work it helped a lot. If I was to give a critique, the only thing I would say is the couches are electric, but they don’t work so they’re slightly uncomfortable definitely not a dealbreaker though "

"The location was very close to campus and other restaurant's and shops. The home itself was just as pictured. The owner did an excellent job of communicating as well. "

"We had a great stay at The Place! The house and property provided everything we needed for our Christmas getaway with family. The only issue is that it could have been a tad cleaner upon check-in. The hosts were awesome with communication and explaining all that we needed to know. My family and I would not hesitate to book this property again. Great house, hiking trails in the hills and awesome amenities!"

"We enjoyed our stay in the log cabin. There we only two of us and a dog that came up for a vet appt at Ohio State, and it was a perfect location for that. Also like that there was a bit of yard that we could take our dog out to explore after a long car ride. "
