"Booked for 4 nights at 70 euros per night - requested a quiet room and were the only guests in the hotel. From about 9pm till 3am you are kept awake by the loudest of music from bars and clubs nearby. Impossible to sleep even with earplugs. Then from 3am you hear all the noise from people and cars leaving the area from the parking lot opposite. Decided to check out after a terrible night which we did but the hotel owners absolutely refused to offer any refund at all for our 3 unused nights so...

The only downsides were a small window in the room, the noise of other rooms’ ac when the window was open at night, and breakfast - it was on a plate (I understand, it’s because of the pandemic), and as I’m vegan I was still hungry after eating 3 cm of cucumber, 2 tiny cherry tomatoes and a few olives. "Visited during the off-season and the staff were beyond friendly and helpful, even letting me borrow their personal mobile phone to make a domestic call to change our rental car reservation (the international call from my phone would have cost an arm and a leg). We stayed in one of the top floor rooms right under the roof which had its on patio, tons of light, was very private and spacious. Not much to do around the property though, you’d want a car to drive into downtown Çanakkale. "

"The hotel is right on the Dardanelles and has a nice breakfast and coffee shop."

"This place was fine for a single overnight stay while travelling around Turkey. Room was good size, and suited our needs. Hotel itself is quite dated. Area was fine as we found a pub on the waterfront, about 5 minutes walk from the hotel"

"The staff were extremely helpful and so friendly. The ladies cooking breakfast were so kind. We couldn’t work out the washing machine and they were so fast to come and help. They hung up our washing while we were doing the all-day Gallipoli tour. Fantastic service all round for an older hotel. "

"A well situated hotel, close to restaurants, and town centre. Side street typically full of small restaurants and a bit noisy, but just talking. No loud music. Enjoyed our stay."
