"In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. We had so many fun things to do in the area and it was such a nice place to come back to each day. Enjoyed the drive and the view of the lake and also being able to have a full size fridge and washer and dryer. Also, had 2 bedrooms. Our 25-yr old daughter came up for a couple of days, so didn;t have to get an extra hotel room. Great host. Super friendly."

"This is a very good spot for you and your spouse during Cooperstown week. It's clean and it's close to everything. The view is very nice. The only negative feedback is the 9:00 checkout time but we were ready to go by then anyways."
