"Nice, clean and spacious room and also the hotel facilities. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful to my needs. They help me to arrange for a day tour to the floating market. There is no direct bus from Can Tho to My Tho, and the hotel staff helped me to contact the transport company to make necessary transport and transfer arrangement. She then wrote the details of this arrangement on a piece of paper in Vietnamese, which I showed it to the transport staff at each stage of the transfer...

"This hotel posted $20 US dollars for 1 night stay. I paid through Expedia almost $50. The hotel was terrible- dirty, hot and humid. I would not recommend this place to anyone "

"It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. Fortunately, they have a good staff willing to help and make the stay enjoyable. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, but again the people working there made it a pleasant experience. They need new TVs in most rooms, new shower fitting, better Wi-Fi routers and/or extenders, and new batteries for the door locks. Even with the problems, I would still consider staying again if I could get one of the few good rooms."
