"I cannot recommend enough this hotel enough. They had by far the best customer service of any of the hotels we stayed at during our 11-day trip to Europe. When we got there, they told us that they had upgraded our room from an interior room to a beachfront room for free! At first, the staff member had a difficult time finding my reservation and there was some confusion regarding the name it was booked under. He was very polite throughout this process, and reassured me that it would be OK and I'd still have a place to stay regardless.
