"I arrived at the hotel for early check-in and there was a room available. At first, the staff member had a difficult time finding my reservation and there was some confusion regarding the name it was booked under. He was very polite throughout this process, and reassured me that it would be OK and I'd still have a place to stay regardless. A bus stop a few steps away, allowing you easy access to Palma and areas for €2. We stayed in the superior room, had air con, large tv, fridge and a balcony with sea views.
