"I arrived at the hotel for early check-in and there was a room available. At first, the staff member had a difficult time finding my reservation and there was some confusion regarding the name it was booked under. He was very polite throughout this process, and reassured me that it would be OK and I'd still have a place to stay regardless. "Hote Playa is right across the beach, which is great. But that's about all the good I can say about this hotel. The rooms have the bare minimum, 2 beds with paper thin mattresses, a night stand, and a small tv. The towels are old and almost see thru, some had even been ripped in two and sewn around the edges. The walls were extremely thin, and the conversations from adjacent rooms could be clearly heard. For the price, I would have expected a lot more."

"I cannot recommend enough this hotel enough. They had by far the best customer service of any of the hotels we stayed at during our 11-day trip to Europe. When we got there, they told us that they had upgraded our room from an interior room to a beachfront room for free! Then when we told the front desk that we would be leaving very early in the morning and asked what would be the best way to get to the airport, they immediately scheduled a taxi for us and then told us they would leave to-go...
