"The greatest appeal to this home is obviously going to be the view. Unparalleled! Bill made sure the place was set up with everything we would need to make our stay a comfortable one. "We recently stayed at this cottage, along with 2 other rentals, for our annual Sisters Weekend. This cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the description. One of my sisters said, "It was instantly like feeling at home and comfy". We all felt the same way. Josh was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We absolutely plan to come back! "The house was perfect for our families to enjoy a winter weekend. It was clean and had everything we needed. Waterville Valley was an easy drive away and the Waterville Estates community center was great when the kids had enough skiing. Hanka provided clear and easy-to-understand directions and was very responsive. Would happily stay again! "

"Condo was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our dog. We could have fit another couple there comfortably. We like to do a bit of hiking so this was conveniently located near Rt 93 to head north for all the foliage hikes. Approx 20 minutes to Franconia Notch and 1 hr to Crawford Notch area.
