"It was great! A perfect getaway in the woods. We didn't have the wifi password initially, and it said to reach out through the app. But we couldn't get online to ask. Could have been weather related, as the message went through the next day. Living room TV had Youtube TV, which was great. Bedrooms did not. Downstairs bathroom sink didn't drain. These are all very minor, we appreciated our stay very much and would certainly do it again!"

"This was a beautiful property inside and out! They had everything we could possibly need and then some! The home owner was kind and answered any inquiries I had within minutes of being contacted. I highly reccomend this rental! "

"The cabin was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights. The waterfall and nature surrounding the cabin were beautiful. Had a small issue when we arrived with the heater. However, after a quick text with Vinnie, he was there in a few minutes and had us back in good shape. The internet and cell coverage is pretty limited, but at a place like that, who needs internet. We just had a tough time getting a hold of the kids to check in back home. Highly recommend and Vinnie is super responsive. "

"Stayed with my husband, son, daughter in law and 3 year old granddaughter. We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very well appointed. Morning walks to the river and roasting marshmallows at night. Butterflies, wild turkeys, and a toad were highlights for the little one. A short drive to Wellington state park and about 30 minutes to restaurants. I imagine it would also be a perfect location in fall and winter"

"This cabin was secluded and quiet, while also being a short drive into town amenities. The property was well kept, had everything we could need, and was clean and comfortable. A wonderful weekend away spent here! "

"The cabin was easy to find and the host was very responsive. This was a perfect last minute find and it was just right for our 2 day stay at Lincoln. There was a tiny stream right behind which looked beautiful with all the fall colors. The place was closeby to scenic drives and was well equipped with all the essentials. "

"The property was well cleaned and the manager was very responsive. However, we booked the stay for the hot tub , and it never got to temperature so we weren’t able to use it."

"My husband and I stayed here with our 2 dogs. We had a great time and it was just enough space for the 4 of us. Sean gave us easy to follow directions and was a great communicator. The space was clean and we appreciated having an AC. Highly recommend for a weekend get away!"

"Had a great time at the cabin. Close to many hikes in the area and was a perfect weekend getaway. The cabin was cozy and made for a wonderful basecamp for our trip. Just what we were looking for"

"We love these little cabins and have stayed in Lincoln to hike for years. We hated to give up our old place. But we loved this one more. It's a great place and super easy to access. The Internet is a bit too far away to get any work done. But still, we will be back. "

"Beautiful, serene location. Owner was friendly, property well maintained. Water and bathrooms short walk away. The river is beautiful, the sound of the water had me sleeping like a baby. "

"Lovely cabin and perfect setting. And wonderfully convenient - halfway between Hanover, where we were attending Dartmouth's graduation - and Plymouth, where the grad's dad lives. The place was spotless, the design was great with hooks just where you needed them, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had. Be aware, however, of two things. First, as we were told in one of the communications we received a day or so before our trip, the hot water heater tank is on the small side, so...

"The room was perfect for my family "

"Perfect. Easy check in, which was earlier than "official" time. We got help with a DVD player to view the free movies in our apartment. We enjoyed a 2024 first run movie in the theatre, with fresh popcorn made and distributed for free. Pool was quite warm (good), so easy to swim, and hot tub was hot (as it's supposed to be). All clean too. Nice place, AND staff."
