"Most dangerous environment for a family. Cabin was remotely located with no electricity and indoor toilet. Photographs posted do not do justice. I paid in full but after looking in person chose not stay because of safety, security and privacy. Staff was friendly. "

"Girls trip of 5 was very wonderful. House is in a good location and very clean. Owner replied immediately to all requests. The house gives you the New England farmhouse experience. My only concern were he amount of steps and step downs in the house for older visitors. We truly enjoyed our stay"

"We stayed here for one night as a very quick getaway. It was cheaper than hotel rooms. House was clean and worked for the one night. Bathrooms are both downstairs so upstairs bedrooms have to go down to use one. Front yard was a little slippery after the snow. Getting to the porch was a bit of a challenge. We all had our own rooms tho so that was really nice."

"We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean, cozy and charming. Our group had adults and children including an infant and it was very comfortable and convenient. We drove through the Kanacamangus highway to Storyland, so this place was the perfect location for us. We would definitely come back."

"Location is not ideal, about 45 minutes away from any shopping, additional dining. Beautiful hotel, but older and in need of some maintenance and upgrades. Bathroom marble counter had brown stains. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Security helped with jumper cables when truck would start. Food was good but very expensive. The Cave was so fun. Overall nice getaway. "

"Nos encantó la ubicación es excelente y céntrico, cerca de restaurantes, avenida principal, de tiendas, hay unos outlets cercanos. Los desayunos muy variados y buenos. El espacio es muy acogedor y familiar. La habitación era muy cómoda y todo se veía en orden. Definitivamente lo recomendamos y volveríamos. "

"Welcoming and friendly staff, solid restaurant with a great beer list, festive decor. Close parking. Close to town with lots to do. Our only challenge was noise. Heard every footstep above us and the opening of the front door to our section (The Salt Box). "
