"We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

The stonework was beautiful and gave it such a uniqueness. "We enjoyed the calm atmosphere of the area. It was a very beautiful location and less crowds. Adele was a great host and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment was nicely furnished. The table on the patio was a favorite location for relaxing. It is a great place to stay with a car. The parking is convenient and taking day trips in Umbria was easy from the location. I would definitely stay there again if I was in Umbria."

"If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."

"This is a nicely located accommodation near a number of historic buildings, the Medievel city wall, the Roman acqueduct, and several monasteries. The views from the house and garden were breath taking. The furnishings were very comfortable and interesting with an artisitic flare. We used the villa primarily as a base to get out and see Umbria, e.g., Todi, Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Orvieto. The villa is much too nice just to be used as a base, it has great views on a large, beautiful property with many sitting and lying possibilities. Gian is the best host possible, always ready to assist, advise, recommend, AND available. A great place and a wonderful host."
