"I don't usually leave reviews but we were pretty blown away. The place was super nice, clean and spacious with AC and access to laundry through the property manager. The property manager couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. We were waiting for some sort of catch given how big and nice the apartment looked online but from our experience everything was completely legit. Highly recommend! "

"Il posto ha una posizione ottima per camminare nel centro ma è in ztl quindi non raggiungibile in auto (non un problema se avete poco bagaglio ma scomodo se si ha bagaglio pesante o ingombrante). Parcheggi a pagamento economici nelle vicinanze. Purtroppo se le condizioni delle zone comuni era buone (frigorifero non pulitissimo ma il resto ok) altrettanto non posso dire della stanza. Pareti sporche, water non pulitissimo e poco stabile. La cosa più fastidiosa purtroppo è stato l’odore di scarico...

"Was originally a monastery. Incredible staff. Beautiful views. Make sure to ask for room with A/C because not all have one. No elevator but staff assists with luggage. Good idea to upgrade to suite. "We were 7 adults all over 50 years old. There were ample bedrooms and baths. We used the villa primarily as a base to get out and see Umbria, e.g., Todi, Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Montefalco, Orvieto. The villa is much too nice just to be used as a base, it has great views on a large, beautiful property with many sitting and lying possibilities. Gian is the best host possible, always ready to assist, advise, recommend, AND available. A great place and a wonderful host."
