Very helpful reception staff who were always on hand to assist and store luggage on our final day. Very cool architectural quirk with the excavated walls underneath the hotel. "I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness.
