"I enjoyed my stay here for the following reasons: Staff members Claudia and Tess made our stay for 3 nites memorable. We had to use an assessable wheel chair that was stored safely every nite. We were greeted friendly every morning and evening, The entire hotel staff were marvelous! I would recommend staying here for your Lourdes experience!!!"

"The property is excellent. I have been here for 2 consecutive years now and been staying for 3days each time during spring break. It is very close to the sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. I always take my 75 year-old mother in a wheelchair while visiting the place and find it so convenient moving around fro the hotel to the Church . The staff of the hotel are awesome. They are so friendly and always willing to take extra mile in serving the guests. They always go far and beyond in giving us a relaxing and worry free stay. Pierre is so amazing and his customer skills always exceeds my expectations. Looking forward to stay again in this hotel next year for the spring break. "

"Great hotel close to the Grotto. Hard to find due to only a small sign near the door. The one way road doesnt allow you to see the writing on the building at night so you might drive past it a few times. Public, paid parking a block away at the river. Good breakfast and lots of stores opened up after 10 am. "
