"The property is in a great location with ample space. Rooms were spacious and furnished well. We just had two minor comments - the stove top runs very hot. The upstairs shower/tub combo only has water for tub - the shower did not work. We had a very nice relaxing holiday and would rent the house again. Also, I have already recommended the place to a friend."

"We came for a wedding and had a lovely stay. G ot the tail end of Hurricane Helene and were high and dry. The beach is lovely. I had for gotten how much I enjoy Atlantic beaches. There is also a pool for those who don't want sand between their toes! The unit was well stocked and had everything you would need to cook a meal. I hope to come back to Emerald Isle!"

"Our extended family of ten truly enjoyed our stay in this fantastic location on the beach. We could sit on the deck and watch the young ones play in the sand and waves. And the waves were huge because of Hurricane Debby. The owner was very responsive to every text I sent, and is cooperating with me as I try to get a refund from Chase cc for one lost day due to the storm. I would go back."

The sunrises were absolutely stunning and there were so many stars due to limited light pollution. Definitely would recommend and will stay again one day soon."

"This property met our needs exactly for a small family reunion, plus remote work for my husband. The owner worked with us on a very last minute reservation and was highly responsive and proactively engaged to make sure our visit went well. Most notable was the comfortable bedding, amazing ocean view/beach access, and convenient location in the middle of Surf City. The custom bunk beds were especially appreciated, as they accommodate full-sized adults without wobbling or squeaking. We'll be back...

"Nice and cozy, very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Parking and traffic was not the greatest. Overall would recommend for the water location and coziness, but bring earplugs for sleeping and be very careful pulling out of the driveway. "

"This was a great location and beautiful place. Had all the amenities that the site said it did. The Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/silverware, pots and pans, etc!!!!!!!The only downside to this, we were not aware that when we arrived, we had to make our own beds. This is not something that I/we have ever had to do in any other VRBO we have stayed at. would have been nice to know this before we got there."
