"It is in a very noisy area. Many of the cars driving by were excessively loud. People were loud late at night and I was awakened 2 different nights by people yelling. When I told the desk clerk about the hair dryer with a smashed plug, he acted very disinterested. He said he would have someone look at it. Apparently whatever was on his phone was more important. "
