"This hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. There are MANY dining and shopping options in the area. If you are a coffee lover there a nice coffee shop called coolatta coffee house 2 minutes away. We had a room on the 6th floor, as previous people stated the higher floors are better! The added security to get to your room is a plus. The shower was AMAZING!!! The gym was very clean as well. I did not use the pool. My only issue was the breakfast, in my opinion it was not good AT ALL....

"Find another website… Expedia was unhelpful, my protection plan didn’t protect me, and I couldn’t get a refund or assistance with my issue. I called the hotel staff directly. The manager, Dom, was extremely helpful even though I started off being rude after dealing with the incompetence of Expedia. Word to the wise, the protection plan doesn’t protect anything, it’s a waste of money. My flight changed from 1700 arrival to 0100 the next day. I was meeting my kids who drove to the at the hotel...

Absolute Gem! HIGHLY Recommend!!
"This quaint little cottage was absolutely perfect for our family of three and our Mini Goldendoodle. We came to the Norfolk area for vacation and from this location we were able to do a great many things. The house was spotless and you could tell a lot of thought went into making the home as comfortable and convenient as possible. It was so nice not to have to guess which cabinet had what in it because everything was labeled perfectly. The beds were very comfortable, I usually have trouble sleeping through the night and had absolutely no trouble getting restful sleep every night we were there. Little details like having shampoo and body wash in the shower, coffee pods and all the necessary fixings, even though we didn't use them, there were some snacks in the cabinet as well. It was great to be able to do our laundry while we were there, I had very little to do when we got home. Having laundry pods and dryer sheets on hand was also very thoughtful and convenient. Hanging out in the backyard was very comfy, the grill worked really well and our dog loved running around and playing as it is very well fenced in. The neighborhood is very cute and quiet. We were able to take our dog for walks on the sidewalk and explore the area a little. Super convenient location. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and communicated quickly. I highly recommend this property! When in Norfolk we will definitely book here again! Thanks Emily for helping make our vacation so wonderful!"
