Welcome to our newly renovated residential home. It is conveniently located in the Bayview area of Norfolk. This puts our location in close proximity to Naval station Norfolk and Oceanview Beach. This home is perfect for groups looking to connect with family and friends serving in the military or groups looking for a beach retreat.

This fresh and clean 3 Bedroom/2 bath home is just a little over 1700 sq (two levels). It has an open concept living/dining area, good for families. The kitchen is great for making home cooked meals and is equipped with essentials and other conveniences such as a microwave and Keurig. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and Roku, so you can enjoy all of your favorite streaming programs. On a nice day or night you may enjoy our outdoor space, it is big enough to play football. We also offer a washer and dryer in the home. With a large driveway there is plenty of space for multiple vehicles. We thank you for your consideration!

Beautiful home!!! I cannot stress that enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable, the house is spacious, and they provided some extras that made our stay even better. Super close to base and a lot of good restaurants, and the beach.

Great Location
We opted to stay in a VRBO while visiting family in Norfolk. This property is less than 5 minutes from them! We will definitely be staying here again! Property owner was very responsive to my questions.

This is a terrific place to stay if you're visiting the US Naval Base in Norfolk. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, excellent area.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this house. It’s an older home but very modern. We loved the “open” layout. It’s a super nice area. Not to far from anything. We walked to a few yard sales even. A lovely, relaxing trip!!! Would definitely book here again!!

Quick weekend with son in navy
We’ve come to Norfolk several times to see our son. This was a great stay. House was clean, comfortable and centrally located. The house is a quick drive to beach, downtown or any dining/entertainment. We chose to stay in and use the grill and ample table room to have a family dinner. Great place, very easy manager responded to all questions quickly. Will stay there again.

Great property! Our stay was perfect. My college boys lives in Virginia & I came from Texas to spend some time with him while he was on spring break. This location gave us the space to hang out!! Beds were AMAZING. Decor was perfect. Very roomy & so very clean!!

Naval Graduation stay
We had a total of 6 people stay here. 4 adults, 2 older teens and we all fit comfortably. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Location was great. There is a 7 eleven in walking distance that was great for last minute snacks. I appreciated the fact that the cleaners left stuff like cleaning supplies, toiletries, condiments, etc which was helpful! I would definitely recommend.

The owner of the property was so very helpful. There was a smoke detector that was beeping and she came to mange the issue so it would stop. The location was great. The house was nice and cool when we arrived that was a great plus! I beleive you'll enjoy the house. One bedroom downstairs, 2 upstairs. Hardwood floor through the house.

Amazing pet friendly stay!
Martina has a beautiful home that is very spacious, and has a large fenced in yard which was perfect for my dog. The location was just a quick eight minute drive to the beach, and the drive downtown usually was around twenty minutes. It is a convenient location but it is on a busy road. I put on white noise and could sleep through the sound of the traffic, but I know my mom had trouble because of how loud it was. Martina was excellent at responding to any questions I had, I’m very glad we chose this property

Good location
The home was spacious, had a nice size yard. My grandkids loved playing in the yard. There was 4 adults and 2 children in our group. Rooms were large and didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. The front street is very busy and noisy though. Location was good, close to a lot of things. Traffic was horrible. But it is a tourist area so that is to be expected. Cons on the house is no outlet in the bathrooms and not many in bedrooms and kitchen. The grass was high in the yard and very buggy. But we made the best of it. Overall it is a cute house and we enjoyed our stay there.

House hunting trip
We felt the property was over rated and not really represented as what it truly is. It served our needs, but that that was all it did. The house is quite old, the kitchen is not adequately supplied for cooking, the bathrooms didn't have plugs (which is indicative of an older home, but perhaps putting plugs in would have been a good idea), and the floors were pretty dirty. We noticed our socks and feet getting quite dirty, so we made sure we had shoes on. The neighborhood was a little sketchy - and we were not comfortable walking or strolling the baby in that area. In sum, it did the job, but it wasn't as nice as I was hoping.

Everything was as advertised. The host was very responsive to some questions I had. The place was very well stocked as well. No check-out procedures, so that was nice as well. My only two things to point out: 1. It is listed as "sleeps six," and it certainly does. But there isn't really room for 6 people to sit and relax int he living room. There is only a sectional with no additional seating. There is plenty of room for another couch or additional chairs, which would have been nice. 2. The previous guests must have went to the beach or something because there was sand and dirt all over the floor. You had to wear your shoes/socks in the house. Aside from that, the rest of the place was spotless. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and for the 4 of us, it met our needs. We would stay again.
