For starters Leone is awesome, always responds quick and is an amazing host.The house itself: was very clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The only down side to the stay was that we did not feel the beach/bay was swimmable, but still enjoyed our walks on the beach and searching for shells."

"If your looking for a place near DE turf field this is about 14 mins away if the traffic is bad 10 mins normally. Located near a walmart dollar tree and movie theater. There are many fast food options 5 mins away. The home is great has there is an airfryer which is good. The seller communication was great. I had no issues getting in or checking out. My son who is 6'2 slept comfortably in the other room. Beds are as comfortable as a hotel. Over all nithing to complain about. Better than a hotel...
