I did not like that the property was not well maintained. The hallway carpets were well-worn and dirty looking. The walls needed to be repainted and touched up to look refreshing. The long hallways were hard on my legs and back since I am physically challenged. Breakfast setting did not include napkins, folks, and spoons. I had to ask for them. It was not publicly written that hot breakfast was only on certain days.. The key to my room would not open my door, even when they had just given me a new one. I had to walk the long hallway to get back to the office to have someone let me into my room. This happened several times during my stay and was very frustrating since I am physically challenged. The towel rack fell off the wall and had to be remounted. The room accommodation was comfortable and convenient.

The neighborhood is horrible . When we were in room, we hear some wome screaming help me, help me so many times. We were so terrified that we left the hotel, we didn't even ask for refund. We felt our lives were more important that the money. It was not safe outside too. It is the cheapest hotel so becareful.

The gentleman who was working at the front desk on Saturday when we checked was fantastic! Sorry we did not get his name. Surprisingly he was also the night auditor and he was setting up breakfast the next morning. Very nice hardworking guy.

I’ve stayed at this property before and although not 5 stars, the accommodations were okay. This time the room wasn’t as clean and there was blood on the shower wall and in the tub. Whoever prepared the room did not do a great job. The staff has always been pleasant and there’s potential for this to be an amazing place to stay.

My first room smelled like mildew, staff moved me to a different room as we were going to lay down my son and I found bed bugs in the bed smh sprayed it down with Lysol we are from md so we came out there for a game and it was definitely unsafe to sleep

Place is dirty, smelly, and the check in guy was nice but the rest of staff even in the front desk was rude and disengaged. We went down at 9:15 am and the breakfast was gone, ONLY eggs. We went to the Panera walking distance and when we check out we inly got a “thank. You” from the guy that got our card at the front desk. No recommending this place, no coming back

The place was filthy. Carpets were very dirty stains and black streaks. Breakfast was horrible. Eggs look suspicious. The person at the front desk had a terrible attitude. The first room the tv didn’t work. Changed rooms the new room did not have a microwave or a refrigerator in it. The property was in keep.
