"This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth. The proprietor...

"We had an amazing stay here, upon arrival we noted that there was plenty of available parking spaces and we received a lovely welcome from the staff. Over the weekend, we often enjoyed a few drinks in the pub as well as a lovely dinner there. We were made to feel very comfortable, welcomed and relaxed at all times. The food was very good (especially the freshly cooked breakfast made to order). Many thanks for a perfect stay!"

"The room was excellent. It was clean and comfortable with all you would need for your needs and comfort. The toilet and shower facility was first class. All appliances were working properly and the shower and toilet were spotless. The breakfast provided was excellent. It was well cooked and plentiful with all tastes catered for. "Stayed for two nights, visiting Cambridge but wanting to avoid the city-centre hotels. Great location - Waterbeach Station is 5 mins walk from where its 2 stops / £3 to Cambridge Central. Accommodation was ideal. Lisa made arrival simple, and the room was comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and Lisa very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again."
