"The hotel staff were very helpful and informative to our needs. About 10 minutes drive to the park & ride area and it cost £2.00 single £4.00 return to the city centre as parking in the centre is very expensive. Will defo stay there again."

A few things prevented it from being a 5-star experience unfortunately: - Purposely 'dumbed down' Smart TV in the room: upon switch-on, the screen displayed 'Samsung Smart TV' but it just had Freeview with the majority of channels missing. I would have preferred a paid movie rental service over this, even if they don't want you to log in to your own streaming services. - £25 a...

"Everything was good except they made us leave the lobby when we were eating outside food. I understand the lobby has a restaurant but the vegan options they had weren't prepared separately so they could easily be cross contaminated. My guest and I were eating food and talking when the rep came and told us we had to leave or go up to the room. This was not handled properly."
