"What an amazingly beautiful place with an incredibly high levels of customer service excellence. We were there for 4 nights as a part of a 2 week family holiday in Vietnam. The experience was a 5* from the moment we got off our taxi to the time we checked out and left. The service responsiveness was always positive and fast. I would , in particular, call out their restaurants which had a great set of food options - pan asian and non asian. Staying there on Christmas night was a bonus with the celebration and fun. It is right on the beach and very cose to various restaurants outside too. Great job team Furama .."

"little far from the city center but the hotel offers great options for activity and restaurants. loved infinity pool and its bar where pizza was the best I had in anywhere of Vietnam. Also other restaurants such as karan and nami provided tasty menus that my family enjoyed. the hotel's water park was huge and very good also. "

"Love this hotel! This is my second time in Hoi An and my second time at Lasenta Boutique. I would not want to stay anywhere else! The location is perfect! It’s quiet and the rooms are beautiful, CLEAN, SPACIOUS and the amenities are the best. The decor and style is more western than the typical Vietnamese hotels. The staff are very accommodating. The free shuttle to and from Old Quarter is very convenient! The breakfast buffet is a huge bonus. I love love their French baguettes!!! The different rotation of noodle soups are delicious. They have many options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians, Asians and non-Asians just pretty much a little for everyone. Book this hotel if you have a chance. You will not regret it! "

"Our stay at Hadana was fantastic! The hotel was clean, modern, and spacious. The breakfast was the best we had on our entire trip throughout Vietnam and Thailand. The pool was nice, the location was very convenient, and the free rental bikes were great! The staff were very friendly and helpful but they were a bit too pushy with their recommendations. Its understandable to give a few recommendations upon arrival but let me eat my breakfast in peace :) The recommendations they gave were also not the best. Thank you for a great stay!"
